Shipping Methods

For smaller items, we utilize Pudo (locker-to-locker service) for convenient and secure delivery.

For larger products, we ship via CourierGuy, ensuring safe and efficient transport.

Customers are also welcome to arrange their own courier for collection once full payment has been received.

Shipping Fees & Timelines

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and courier availability. We will provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Collection Option

If you prefer to arrange your own courier, kindly notify us in advance. Collection is only available once payment has been confirmed. Inake is not responsible for any third-party courier services arranged by the customer.

Damages & Claims

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, Inake is not liable for damages incurred during transit. If an issue arises, please contact the courier service directly.

 

At Inake, we take great care in crafting bespoke products to meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

1. Returns & Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

• You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing clear photos of the issue.

2. Refunds & Replacements

• If your return request is approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund depending on the nature of the issue.

• Refunds will only be processed if a replacement is not feasible.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Custom & Handmade Disclaimer

Since all Inake products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and size are not considered defects. These variations add to the uniqueness of each piece.

4. Process for Claims

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@inake.co.za / 0614126721.

• Provide clear images of the defect/damage.

• We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with the next steps.

5. Cancellations

• Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
