1. Order Process
- All custom orders require a detailed consultation to confirm specifications, including size, fabric, color, filling, and design.
- A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.
- Orders are considered final once production has started, and changes may not be possible.
2. Materials and Quality
- Materials used (fabric, filling, thread, etc.) will be as specified during the order process.
- Outdoor cushions are designed for exterior use but may require proper care to maintain longevity (e.g., storage during harsh weather).
- Fabric and material samples can be provided upon request before ordering.
3. Lead Time
- Production lead times will be communicated at the time of order and may vary depending on complexity and current workload.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortages) will be communicated promptly.
4. Payment
- Payment terms (deposit, full payment, or installment) will be agreed upon before production.
- Accepted payment methods will be specified (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Orders will not be shipped or delivered until full payment is received.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be provided at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Additional fees may apply for address changes or reshipment.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of the product, returns or refunds are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or error on the part of the seller.
- Claims for defects or errors must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, accompanied by photos and a detailed description.
- Approved returns or replacements will be processed at the seller’s discretion.
7. Warranty
- A limited warranty may be provided against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or exposure to extreme weather conditions.
8. Care Instructions
- Care instructions will be provided with the cushions to ensure proper maintenance and longevity.
- Failure to follow care instructions may void any warranty.
9. Liability
- The seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
- Customers assume all risk associated with the use of the cushions, including but not limited to wear and tear.
10. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before production begins, subject to a cancellation fee.
- Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.
11. Intellectual Property
- All designs, patterns, and customizations remain the intellectual property of the seller unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Amendments
- The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be bound by the terms in effect at the time of their order.
